SPR™ EX
The strong and lightweight rehabilitation solution
|
The SPR™ EX lining system is a unique process for restoring the hydraulic efficiency, reliability and integrity of aging sewers, stormdrains and culverts.
The system consists of a single, manageable strip of PVC profile, which is progressively wound into the existing pipeline via a patented winding machine positioned in the base of an existing manhole or access chamber.
The edges of the profile are interlocked as it is spirally wound to form a continuous watertight liner inside the host pipe. Once installed, a patented process is used to radially expand it to fit tightly against the wall of the host pipe.
|
SPR™ EX – Easy installation with long-term benefits
|
SPR EX liners can structurally rehabilitate brick, concrete, glass reinforced plastic or corrugated metal sewer and storm water pipelines with diameters from 150mm (6in) to over 750mm (30in).
The installation can be performed even while the pipe is in use. Additional costs such as overpumping are eliminated. This optimised method can install new linings into a large number of old pipes within a single day.
Rib Loc product and process quality is ISO 9001 certified.
