The intelligent alternative to sliplining

The SPR™ PE pipe rehabilitation process is a solution for restoring the hydraulic efficiency, reliability and integrity of aging sewers, stormdrains and culverts.

The system consists of a single strip of steel reinforced HDPE profile which is progressively wound into the existing pipeline by the SPR™ PE machine which is positioned in the base of the access chamber. The edges of the profile are welded together by the SPR™ PE machine, forming a continuous watertight liner.

The fully encapsulated steel reinforcement is designed to provide a liner of optimum stiffness for the application.

With SPR™ PE, Rib Loc has succeeded in introducing a further improvement to the proven spiral-wound technology to the market.

SPR™ PE – A metre of jointless spiral pipe in just three minutes

SPR™ PE liners can structurally rehabilitate brick, concrete, glass reinforced plastic or corrugated metal sewer and storm water pipelines with diameters from 400mm (16in) to over 3000mm (120in).

At the European premiere of this process in Emmerich am Rhein in summer 2005. At this speed, SPR™ PE can install up to 200 metres of pipeline on a daily basis.

Rib Loc product and process quality is ISO 9001 certified.
