Sekisui SPR Americas, LLC, offers both structural and non-structural solutions using spiral, machine-wound, trenchless pipeline renewal processes that meet several ASTM standards. These technologies can be utilized in a range of sizes (6”-144”+) for 3circular, non-circular and box culvert applications. SSPRA offers three core technologies for spiral-wound pipeline rehabilitation.
SPR™ is the most commonly specified product due to its wide range of applications, diameter range (18”-144”+) and ability to negotiate directional changes. SPR™ is also capable of winding circular pipe, box culvert pipe, arched pipe and other non-round applications. Typically, SPR™ can be installed in live flow conditions based on worker safety and other considerations. Other flow management techniques can be used to eliminate the need for bypassing.
SPR PE™ is a spiral-wound HDPE product that is heat-fused to form a structural pipeline rehabilitation product. Due to the high stiffness characteristics of SPR PE™, circular pipelines ranging from 36”-120” in diameter can be structurally rehabilitated by utilizing this product.
SPR EX™ is a tight-fit spiral-wound PVC structural liner for circular pipe rehabilitation. Application size ranges from 6”-30” in diameter.
